Robert L. Hash, M.D.
Dr. Hash specializes in Degenerative Spine, Spine Trauma,
and Complex Spine situations. He has been in practice in
Huntsville since 1988. He is the Associate Clinical professor
for the UAH School of Medicine. Dr. Hash earned his medical
degree from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine
after earning a BS at East Tennessee State University.
He conducted his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester,
MN. Dr. Hash was Chief Resident at the Mayo Clinic and
at Vanderbilt Hospital. He is on the active staff at Crestwood
Medical Center and the Surgery Center of Huntsville. He
is part of the consulting staff at HealthSouth Rehabilitation
Hospital in Huntsville and Decatur General Hospital in
Decatur, AL. Dr. Hash is a member of the American Board of
Neurological Surgeons, as well as, numerous other professional
associations.
